V3S 2X7 Dear Mr. Thomson: Re: Commodity Unbundling and Customer Choice Agency, Billing and Collection for Transportation Service Program As a follow-up to Letter No. L-14-03, a schedule (shown below) has been developed to finalize the business model and rules for Phase 1, “Commercial” Unbundling. Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) will conduct consultations with stakeholders to review the rules and identify contentious issues in the first two weeks of May prior to a BCUC workshop. The workshop on Tuesday, May 20, 2003 will provide a forum to discuss the subjects that remain outstanding and participants in the program will then have the opportunity to make written submissions by May 26, 2003. A Commission Decision is anticipated on June 5, 2003 to resolve any outstanding business rules. Terasen Gas will then file a report with the BCUC on the next phase of unbundling by July 18, 2003, seeking approval of funding for that Phase.
