On November 12, 2003 the Commission, by Order No. G-75-03, issued its Decision on the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (“ICBC”) 2004 Revenue Requirements and Rates for Universal Compulsory Automobile Insurance; and B. On November 12, 2003, the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a Participant Assistance Cost Award for its participation on behalf of its clients, collectively referred to as BCOAPO et al., in the ICBC Application and Written Public Hearing Process; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application for participant assistance with respect to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-23-01. . . ./2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCPIAC for its participation in the ICBC Written Public Hearing Process in the amount of $12,195.57. 2. ICBC is directed to reimburse BCPIAC for the total amount awarded in a timely fashion.
