Boychuk, Commissioner ) December 23, 2003 L.F. Kelsey, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On December 5, 2003, Plateau Pipe Line Ltd. (“Plateau”) filed with the Commission an application for approval of 2004 tolls on its Northeast B.C. and Blueberry Crude Oil Pipelines, effective January 1, 2004 (“the Application”); and B. Plateau provided all Shippers on the pipelines with a copy of the Application which requests a 20 percent increase in tolls from the receiving points on the Northeast B.C. and Blueberry pipelines to the Taylor, B.C. tank farm; and C. As at the date of the Order the Commission had not received comments or complaints from any Shippers on the pipelines; and D. The Commission has considered the Application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 44 of the Pipeline Act, the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the Plateau Application for increased tolls on its crude oil pipelines effective January 1, 2004 as filed in: Northeast British Columbia Pipeline Tariff No. 2I Blueberry-Taylor Pipeline Tariff and Supplemental Toll: Tariff No. 02 . . . ./2
2 2. The approved tolls are subject to review by the Commission following receipt of a complaint by one or more Shippers on the pipelines. 3. Plateau is to provide all Shippers on the Pipelines with a copy of this Order and provide such confirmation to the Commission.
