(“TGVI”) filed with the Commission Letter Agreements for the supply of natural gas including pricing terms with Petro Canada Oil and Gas (“Petro Canada”), Coral Energy Canada Inc. (“Coral”), Husky Energy Marketing Inc. (“Husky”), Talisman Energy Inc. (“Talisman”), and Imperial Oil Resources, an Alberta Limited Partnership (“Imperial Oil”); and B.
