(“BC Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval of revisions to Rate Schedules 14 and 14A – Term and Spot Gas Sales for the 2002/03 gas contract year; and B. BC Gas received requests from customers served under Rate Schedules 14 and 14A for the option to fix the pricing of gas during the summer months; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that provisions similar to those of the Winter Fixed Price Option should apply for the gas contract year. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for BC Gas, revisions to Rate Schedules 14 and 14A – Term and Spot Gas Sales to replace the Winter Fixed Price Option with a Term Fixed Price Option, as set out in BC Gas’ January 8, 2003 Application. 2. The Commission will accept, subject to timely filing by BC Gas, revisions to Gas Tariff Rate Schedules 14 and 14A that are consistent with this Order.
