(“Terasen Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval of a Rate Schedule 25 Tariff Supplement Service Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Imperial Oil, a partnership of Imperial Oil Limited and McColl-Frontenac Petroleum Inc. (“Imperial Oil”) for firm transportation service to its Port Moody, B.C. Storage Facility; and B. The Agreement commences November 1, 2003 and will continue until such time as firm transportation service to the Storage Facility is cancelled; and C. Terasen Gas currently provides interruptible transportation service under Rate Schedule 27 and Imperial Oil has requested higher quality service to its Storage Facility; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Agreement and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves the Agreement between Terasen Gas and Imperial Oil dated October 10, 2003 as a Rate Schedule 25 Tariff Supplement effective November 1, 2003.
