Application for its 2002 Annual Review and 2003 Revenue Requirements BEFORE: P. Ostergaard, Chair ) R.D. Deane, Commissioner ) March 18, 2003 K.L. Hall, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-10-03, approved for Aquila Networks Canada (British Columbia) Ltd. (“Aquila”) the Negotiated Settlement of its 2002 Annual Review and 2003 Revenue Requirements Application (“the Application”); and B. On February 20, 2003, Natural Resource Industries (“NRI”) applied for a cost award for its participation in the Aquila Application; and C. On February 28, 2003, Mr. Alan Wait applied for a participant assistance cost award for his participation in the Aquila Application; and D. The Commission has reviewed the applications for cost awards with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-23-01. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to the following applicants for their participation in the Aquila Application for its 2002 Annual Review and 2003 Revenue Requirements Negotiated Settlement. NRI $392.99 Mr. Alan Wait $388.52 2. Aquila is directed to reimburse the above noted participants for the total amounts awarded in a timely fashion.
