Hobbs, Chair ) September 2, 2003 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On June 24, 2003, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied to the Commission for approval of revisions and increases to the Service and Extension Charges that are contained in the Company’s filed Electric Tariff B.C.U.C. No. 5, to become effective September 1, 2003; and B. On June 24, 2003, PLP also applied to the Commission for approval of a new commercial rate class to be called “General Service Seasonal Rates, Schedule CSXGS”, to become effective September 1, 2003; and C. The Commission issued Order No. G-46-03 on July 4, 2003 setting the application down for a written public hearing process; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and responses to staff information requests and is satisfied that all elements of the Application are appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Sections 58, 61, 89 and 91 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PLP, effective September 1, 2003, all applied-for revisions and increases to the Service and Extension Charges that are contained in the Company’s Tariff Changes Application, dated June 24, 2003. . . . ./2

The Commission approves for PLP, effective September 1, 2003, a new commercial rate class to be called “General Service Seasonal Rates, Schedule CSXGS”, as per the Tariff Changes Application, which is to be added to the present Tariff as Original Pages 74A and 74B. 3. PLP is to file revised Electric Tariff pages for Commission approval in accordance with the approved application. 4. PLP is to advise all customers of the changes by way of customer notice.
