The Commission, by Order No. G-22-03, issued its Reasons for Decision on the Pacific Northern Gas (N.E.) Ltd. (“PNG(NE)”) Revenue Requirements Application (“the Application”) effective January 1, 2003; and B. On April 15, 2003, the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a Participant Assistance Cost Award for its participation in the PNG(NE) Application process; and C. The Commission has reviewed the BCPIAC application for cost award with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-23-01. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds in the amount of $5,602.46 to BCPIAC for its participation in the PNG(NE) 2003 Revenue Requirements proceeding. 2.
