(“Terasen Gas”) applied to the Commission to increase the Revelstoke propane reference price applicable in the Revelstoke Propane Cost Deferral Account from $0.2168/litre to $0.2358/litre effective with consumption on October 1, 2003; and B. The increase in the propane reference price will result in a rate increase to all Revelstoke customers of $0.758/GJ, or approximately 5.6 percent to residential, 6.8 percent to small commercial and 7.3 percent to large commercial customers; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for Terasen Gas, pursuant to Section 61(4) of the Utilities Commission Act, its application dated September 9, 2003 to increase the Revelstoke propane reference price to $0.2358 per litre and to increase Revelstoke propane commodity rates to all customers by $0.758/GJ, effective October 1, 2003. . . ./2
2 2. Terasen Gas is to notify all affected customers by way of a bill insert or bill message of the increase in rates that will be effective October 1, 2003. Terasen Gas is to provide Commission staff with its communication plan and draft notice prior to its release. 3. Terasen Gas is to file amended Tariff pages showing the rate change.
