The Commission, by Order No. G-2-03, approved for Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. (“Centra Gas”) the Negotiated Settlement to its 1999 to 2001 Actual Revenue Deficiencies and the 2003 to 2005 Forecast Revenue Requirements; and B. The Commission by Order No. G-42-03 issued its Decision on Centra Gas’ 2002 Rate Design Application, 2002 Cost of Service Allocation Study and Application for Approval of Amending Agreements effective January 1, 2003; and C. On May 27, 2003 the Vancouver Island Public Sector Natural Gas Consumers Group (“the Consumers Group”) applied for a Participant Assistance Cost Award for its participation in the Centra Gas proceedings; and D. 2 E. The Commission has reviewed the participant assistance applications with regard to the criteria, guidelines and rates as set out in Commission Order No. G-23-01. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to the following for their participation in the Centra Gas Applications for the aforementioned proceedings: The Consumers Group BCPIAC 2. Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. is directed to reimburse the above noted participants for the total amounts awarded in a timely fashion.
