Milbourne, Commissioner ) O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The Commission, by Order No. G-38-04, approved for Aquila Networks Canada (British Columbia) Ltd. (“Aquila”) the Negotiated Settlement of its 2003 Annual Review and 2004 Revenue Requirements Application (“the Application”); and B. On May 3, 2004, Natural Resource Industries (“NRI”) applied for a cost award for its participation in the proceeding; and C. On May 6, 2004, B.C. Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) applied for a cost award for its participation in the proceeding; and D. The Commission has reviewed the applications for cost awards with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-15-04; and E. Commission staff have advised that these parties participated in the proceedings and contributed to the process. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to the following applicants for their participation in the Aquila Application for its 2003 Annual Review and 2004 Revenue Requirements Negotiated Settlement.
