On July 15, 2003, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied for Commission approval to renew and replace its August 2, 2002 Business Credit Agreement with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) approved by Order No. G-62-02, pursuant to Section 49 of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. The Commission has considered the application and supporting material and finds that approval is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 50 of the Act, the Commission approves for PLP the renewal and replacement of its existing credit facilities with CIBC dated July 9, 2003, in accordance with the July 9, 2003 Business Credit Agreement.
