Commission Order No. G-7-04 dated January 16, 2004, established the Regulatory Timetable for the Applications and scheduled a Pre-hearing Conference No. 2 for Tuesday, April 6, 2004. The cover letter to Commission Order No. G-7-04 described the purpose of Pre-hearing Conference No. 2 as follows: “Pre-hearing Conference No. 2 has been positioned within the regulatory process so that it may provide an opportunity for participants to make submissions with respect to opportunities for a negotiated settlement process, adequacy of information generally, adequacy of responses to specific information requests that may be of concern to participants, and submissions with respect to any other procedural issues relevant to the proceeding. Several participants suggested a second set of Intervenor information requests. Although the Regulatory Agenda does not accommodate a second set of Intervenor information requests, Intervenors may make submissions regarding a second set of Intervenor information requests at Pre-hearing Conference No. 2. Following Pre-hearing Conference No. 2 the Commission Panel will make a determination with respect to a second set of Intervenor information requests. …/2
