(“Terasen Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval of a new Gas Tariff including General Terms and Conditions of Service and Rate Schedules pursuant to the Utility’s name change from BC Gas Utility Ltd. that occurred on April 29, 2003. On December 17, 2003 Terasen Gas filed subsequent minor housekeeping amendments to the Gas Tariff; and B. The Terasen Gas, Gas Tariff amendments include the appropriate name change references as well as other minor housekeeping changes including formatting, information updating and clarity for referencing purposes; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that its approval is required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Terasen Gas, amendments to its Gas Tariff including General Terms and Conditions of Service and Rate Schedules pursuant to its November 14, 2003 application and December 17, 2003 revisions.
