Boychuk, Commissioner ) L.F. Kelsey, Commissioner ) March 25, 2004 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On October 14, 1999, Commission Order No. G-108-99 approved a Rate Schedule 5 agreement to serve the Greater Vancouver Regional District (“GVRD”) Wastewater Treatment Plant on Annacis Island as Tariff Supplement No. D-7, effective April 1, 1999; and B. The GVRD has subsequently made improvements to the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant that has reduced the contract Daily Demand to 360 gigajoules per day; and C. Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) now provides gas transportation service to the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant under Rate Schedule 25, rather than gas sales service under Rate Schedule 5; and D. On March 2, 2004, Terasen Gas applied to the Commission for approval of a Rate Schedule 25 Tariff Supplement and requested cancellation of Tariff Supplement No. D-7, effective November 1, 2003; and E. The Commission reviewed the March 2, 2004 Application and finds that approval of the Rate Schedule 25 Tariff Supplement is warranted. . . ./2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the Terasen Gas March 2, 2004 Application and Rate Schedule 25 agreement for the GVRD Wastewater Treatment Plant at Annacis Island dated December 1, 2003 as Tariff Supplement No. E-12, effective November 1, 2003. 2. The Commission cancels Tariff Supplement No. D-7, effective November 1, 2003.
