Commission Order No. G-31-95 approved an Amended and Restated Gas Sales Agreement between BC Gas Utility Ltd. and Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. dated November 1, 1993, effective November 1, 1993; and B. On July 8, 2004 Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) requested Commission approval of an Amended and Restated Gas Sales Agreement with Terasen Gas (Squamish) Inc. (“Terasen Squamish”) dated July 1, 2004, effective July 1, 2004; and C. On July 29, 2004, Terasen Gas filed several revised pages for the agreement in its July 8, 2004 application. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves the Amended and Restated Gas Sales Agreement between Terasen Gas and Terasen Squamish dated July 1, 2004 as Tariff Supplement No. I-3, effective July 1, 2004.
