Kelsey, Commissioner K.L. Hall, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On October 29, 2004, Terasen Multi Utility Services Inc. (“TMUS” previously Sun Rivers Services Corp.) applied for approval to change rates for natural gas service to customers at the Sun Rivers Resort Community near Kamloops, B.C., to reflect changes in the natural gas rates for its supplier, Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”), effective November 1, 2004 (the “Application”). The rate changes will increase the gas charges for customers by $0.487/GJ for Residential Service and by $0.490/GJ for Small Commercial Service; and B. Pursuant to Order No. G-88-02, TMUS serves its customers under similar terms and conditions and at rates that are consistent with the approved rates that would apply to similar Terasen Gas customers; and C. The Commission has reviewed the revised Natural Gas Tariff Rate Schedules and finds that approval is warranted. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for TMUS increases in Gas Cost Recovery Charges, effective November 1, 2004 as set out in the Application to $7.547/GJ for Rate Schedule 1 – Residential Service and to $7.631/GJ for Rate Schedule 2 – Small Commercial Service.
