V6B 5R3 Dear Mr. Stout: Re: British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority Filing of New Pricing for Electricity Sales made under Tariff Supplements No. 7 and No. 8 and Sales made to the Stikine Nation Corporation The Commission approves and accepts for filing BC Hydros Diesel Generation Costs as outlined in BC Hydros letter of June 23, 2004. The rates for Tariff Supplements No. 7 and No.8 and for electricity sales to the Stikine Nation Corporation are adjusted for the period July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005 as follows: 1. Electric Tariff Supplement No. 7 Interruptible Electricity Supply Agreement with Central Coast Power Corporation at an energy charge of 21.99 cents per kWh; and 2. Electric Tariff Supplement No. 8 Interruptible Electricity Supply Agreement with Queen Charlotte Power Corporation at an energy charge of 21.99 cents per kWh; and 3. Stikine Nation Corporation at an energy charge of 31.20 cents per kWh on an interim basis until the Interruptible Electricity Supply Agreement is filed. The Commission requests BC Hydro file the tariff supplement for an Interruptible Electricity Supply Agreement with The Stikine Nation Corporation as soon as possible.
