Boychuk, Commissioner July 12, 2005 L.A. O’Hara, Commissioner R.W. Whitehead, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On June 23, 2005 the Commission, by Order No. G-60-05, approved the Negotiated Settlement of the British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) F2006 Revenue Requirements Application; and B. On June 22, 2005 the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) on behalf of the BC Old Age Pensioners’ Organization et al. (“BCOAPO”) applied for a Participant Assistance Cost Award, for participating in BCTC’s F2006 Revenue Requirements Application; and C. Commission staff have advised that BCOAPO/BCPIAC participated in the proceeding and contributed to the review process; and D. The Commission has reviewed BCOAPO/BCPIAC application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Order No. G-15-04. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCOAPO/BCPIAC for its participation in BCTC’s F2006 Revenue Requirements Application, in the amount of $16,652.79. 2.
