(“Terasen Whistler”) 2004 Fourth Quarter Gas Cost Report Whistler Propane Service Areas On December 2, 2004, Terasen Whistler filed its 2004 Fourth Quarter Report for the Whistler Propane Service Area and recommended that no changes be made to the current Rider A for Whistler. Terasen Whistler noted that pursuant to Order No. G-14-04, the Propane Commodity Charge for Whistler will decrease from $14.225/GJ to $13.855/GJ effective on January 1, 2005. By this letter, the Commission acknowledges receipt of the 2004 Fourth Quarter Report and accepts Terasen Whistler’s recommendation that no changes be made to Rider A for the Whistler Propane Service Area.
