Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Boychuk, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On July 15, 2005 the Commission, by Letter No. L-56-05, accepted the 2005/06 Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) Midstream Annual Gas Contracting Plan; and B. On October 28, 2005, Terasen Gas filed with the Commission gas contracts for approval of the monthly and daily price premiums for Midstream seasonal transactions, peaking contracts, storage, as well as monthly and daily price premiums for Commodity supply transactions. The Fort Nelson gas supply agreements were also filed; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Terasen Gas filing and is satisfied that the gas supply contracts are appropriate considering market prices at the time the contracts were negotiated and that they are consistent with the Annual Gas Contracting Plan for 2005/06. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Energy Supply Contract - Rules, the Commission accepts for filing for Terasen Gas the natural gas supply contracts identified in Appendix A attached to the Order.
