Hobbs, Chair March 31, 2005 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. G-51-03 approved for Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) a Negotiated Settlement for 2004 to 2007. The Settlement requires Terasen Gas to hold an Annual Review each November with projections and forecasts provided three weeks in advance; and B. Commission Order No. G-95-04 scheduled an Annual Review for November 19, 2004, directed Terasen Gas to file advance material by October 29, 2004 and to provide a copy of the material to participants in the Settlement discussions; and C. Following the 2004 Annual Review, Terasen Gas applied for approval of its 2005 Revenue Requirements and Delivery Rates pursuant to the terms of the 2004-2007 Negotiated Settlement; and D. The Commission, by Order No. G-112-04, approved Terasen Gas 2005 Revenue Requirements application; and E. On February 24, 2005, the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”) on behalf of the British Columbia Old Age Pensioners Association et al. applied for a Participant Assistance Cost Award (“PACA”), for its participation in the Terasen Gas Annual Review; and F. The Commission has reviewed the BCPIAC PACA application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-15-04. . . ./2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCPIAC for their participant in the Terasen Gas 2004 Annual Review in the amount of $17,705.56. 2. Terasen Gas is to reimburse BCPIAC for the total amount awarded in a timely fashion.
