Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Boychuk, Commissioner March 11, 2005 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On January 27, 2005 Terasen Gas (Whistler) Inc. (“Terasen Whistler”) applied to the Commission for approval of a new Gas Tariff including General Terms and Conditions of Service and Rate Schedules pursuant to the Utility’s name change from Centra Gas Whistler Inc. that occurred on April 25, 2003. On February 28, 2005 Terasen Whistler revised the application; and B. The Terasen Whistler Gas Tariff amendments include the appropriate name change references as well as other minor housekeeping changes including formatting, information updating and clarity for referencing purposes; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that approval is warranted. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Terasen Whistler, amendments to its Gas Tariff including General Terms and Conditions of Service and Rate Schedules pursuant to its January 27, 2005 application.
