Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Boychuk, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On December 24, 2004 Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval to cancel original Tariff Supplements No. G-16, G-17 and approval of new Tariff Supplements Nos. G-16, G-17 and G-18 as a result of Pope and Talbot selling a portion of its Mackenzie, B.C. land, including the sawmill operation, to Slocan Forest Products Ltd., which is now part of Canadian Forest Products Ltd. (“Canfor”); and B. New Tariff Supplement No. G-16 is the Rate Schedule 22A Bypass Transportation Agreement with Pope and Talbot Ltd.; and C. New Tariff Supplement No. G-17 is the Rate Schedule 22A Bypass Transportation Agreement with Abitibi-Consolidated Company of Canada; and D. Tariff Supplement No. G-18 is the Rate Schedule 22 Bypass Transportation Service Agreement with Canfor; and E. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that it should be approved. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders for Terasen Gas, effective November 1, 2004: 1. The cancellation of original Tariff Supplements No. G-16 and G-17. 2.
