On September 22, 2004, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) applied to the Commission for approval of BC Hydro Standards of Conduct (“BC Hydro Application”); and B. On November 19, 2004, BC Hydro filed additional material in support of the BC Hydro Application; and C. On September 22, 2004, the British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) applied to the Commission for approval of BCTC Standards of Conduct (“BCTC Application”); and D. On November 19, 2004, BCTC filed additional material in support of the BCTC Application; and E. On December 8, 2004, the Commission issued Letter No. L-58-04 requesting comments on the BCTC and BC Hydro Applications by December 31, 2004, and inviting reply comments from BCTC and BC Hydro by January 28, 2005; and F. No comments were received from any interested party by December 31, 2004; and G. Certain agreements between BC Hydro and BCTC (the “Key Agreements”) set forth the respective roles and responsibilities of BC Hydro and BCTC regarding the planning, operation, management and maintenance of the transmission system; and H. The Commission has reviewed the BC Hydro Application and finds that the Standards of Conduct attached as Schedule B to its Application are just and reasonable practices for BC Hydro to employ in carrying out its roles and responsibilities under the Key Agreements. . . . /2
2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for BC Hydro the Standards of Conduct attached as Schedule B to the BC Hydro Application.
