Kelsey, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On November 30, 2005, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited (“PLP”) applied to the Commission for approval of a new street lighting Electric Tariff Rate Schedule EX2, Street Lighting - Company Owned, Company Installed and Maintained (“the Application”); and B. The Commission has reviewed the Application and notes that the Tariff Schedule submitted with the Application is numbered and titled in such a way to cause potential confusion with existing PLP street lighting rate schedule tariffs; and C. The Commission determines that approval of the proposed street lighting tariff rate is in the public interest, subject to timely filing of revised Tariff pages. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves for PLP Electric Tariff Rate Schedule for Street Lighting – Company Owned, Company Installed and Maintained, subject to timely filing of tariff pages renumbered and retitled to eliminate potential confusion with existing PLP Electric Tariff Rate Schedules.
