Kelsey, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On March 30, 2005 Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) applied to the Commission for approval of a new Gas Tariff including General Terms and Conditions of Service and Rate Schedules pursuant to the Utility’s name change from Centra Gas Vancouver Island Inc.; and B. On April 22, 2005 TGVI provided revisions of the March 30, 2005 Application on the Gas Tariff; and C. The TGVI Tariff amendments included the appropriate name change references as well as minor housekeeping changes including formatting and information updating; and D. Pursuant to Order No. G-42-03, the Commission approved for Centra Gas Vancouver Island Inc. customer class segmentation and customer rates from the Phase B Rate Design proceeding. A number of rate schedules that were in effect prior to this decision were no longer utilized by customers or the Company, thus, TGVI requested these rate schedules to be discontinued and replaced by the new rate schedules; and E. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that its approval is warranted. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for TGVI, amendments to its Gas Tariff including General Terms and Conditions of Service and Rate Schedules.
