Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Boychuk, Commissioner December 8, 2005 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. G-110-04 approved the Commercial Commodity Unbundling Deferred Cost Recovery Rate Rider 8 set at $.056/GJ and the Stable Commodity Rate Residential Service Deferred Cost Recovery Rate Rider 9 set at $.006/GJ. The Riders are to be effective January 1, 2005; and B. In its Application dated December 6, 2005, Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) reviewed the actual and forecasted costs and recoveries related to the Commercial Commodity Unbundling Deferral Account and the Stable Commodity Rate Residential Service Deferral Account and proposes resetting the Rate Riders effective January 1, 2006; and C. The Commission finds that approval of Rider 8 and Rider 9 to be effective January 1, 2006 is necessary. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Rate Rider 8, which is applicable to Rate Schedules 2, 2U, 3, and 3U customers (excluding Revelstoke and Fort Nelson) is approved to be set at $.045/GJ, effective January 1, 2006. …/2
