Gas Cost Deferral Account and Propane Rates 2005 Fourth Quarter Report This is in response to the December 2, 2005 Fourth Quarter Report from Terasen Gas (Whistler) Inc. (“Terasen Whistler”), which projected an after-tax deficit balance of $252,501 in the Whistler Gas Cost Reconciliation Account at the end of 2005 and a deficit balance at the end of 2006 of $261,253 at current rates. Terasen Whistler recommends no changes be made to rates effective January 1, 2006. The Commission accepts Terasen Whistler’s recommendation that propane grid system rates for the Whistler service area, that includes a propane purchase cost of $9.801/GJ and Rate Rider A of $4.470/GJ, not change, effective January 1, 2006.
