Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Boychuk, Commissioner June 22, 2005 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On May 30, 2005, Terasen Gas (Squamish) Inc. (“Terasen Squamish”) applied to the Commission for approval to close Rate Schedule ACR-2, Competitive Range Rate Pricing For Apartment/Multi-Family Dwelling, under terms of the Squamish Rate Stabilization Agreement. On June 10, 2005, Terasen Squamish filed an amendment to the May 30, 2005 application for approval to close and remove Rate Schedule ACR-2 from its Tariff (“the Application”); and B. Commission Order No. G-42-95 approved the ACR-2 pricing methodology to be effective from May 1, 1995 up to and including December 31, 2003, which was identical to the Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) rate schedule. TGVI Rate Schedule ACR-2 has already been closed; and C. Terasen Squamish does not have any customers taking service under Rate Schedule ACR-2; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is warranted. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Terasen Squamish, amendments to its Gas Tariff for the closure and removal of Rate Schedule ACR-2, effective June 1, 2005.
