Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. O’Hara, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On January 25, 2005 Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) applied to the Commission for approval of amendments to the Rate Schedule 6 Natural Gas Vehicle Service (“NGV”) Grant Program; and B. The proposed changes to the Rate Schedule 6 NGV Service would assist Terasen Gas to promote incentive grants to customers that will offset the cost of converting a vehicle to natural gas; and C. The Commission has reviewed the application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves for Terasen Gas amendments to Rate Schedule 6 NGV Service that will allow promotional incentive grants to be paid to customers who convert their vehicles to consume natural gas.
