Commission Letter No. L-28-05 dated April 7, 2005, established a Regulatory Timetable for a written process that would begin the review of BC Hydro’s 2005 Resource Expenditure and Acquisition Plan (“REAP”) Application dated March 7, 2005. The Regulatory Timetable included a Pre-hearing Conference on June 2, 2005. In its April 29, 2005 letter, BC Hydro proposed to file the Supplemental F2006 Call Evidence on May 20, 2005. The Commission Letter anticipated that a determination with respect to the scope of the oral hearing process would be made following the filing of the Supplemental F2006 Call Evidence and following a Pre-hearing Conference. By letter dated May 20, 2005, BC Hydro advised the Commission and Intervenors that it is presently engaged in discussions with stakeholders and requires additional time for consultation. BC Hydro now proposes to file the Supplemental F2006 Call Evidence by June 15, 2005. Consequently, the Commission hereby reschedules the Pre-hearing Conference to Tuesday, July 12, 2005 commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room on the Sixth Floor, 900 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. At the Pre-hearing Conference on July 12, 2005, submissions will be heard regarding issues for the oral hearing process. It is expected that issues that are not included within the scope of the oral hearing process will be addressed by way of written submissions by Intervenors and reply by BC Hydro following the responses to information requests. In anticipation that BC Hydro will file the Supplemental F2006 Call Evidence by June 15, 2005, the Commission wishes to provide a timely opportunity for Information Requests on the evidence. The Commission and Intervenors may submit Information Requests on the Supplemental F2006 Call Evidence by Friday, June 24, 2005, and BC Hydro will respond to these Information Requests by Friday, July 8, 2005.
