By letter dated June 13, 2005, BC Hydro requested the Procedural Conference be adjourned to allow BC Hydro to review additional stakeholder comments and amend the Terms of reference (“ToR”) and the 2005 Resource Options Report (“2005 ROR”), if appropriate. By this letter, the Commission adjourns the Procedural Conference to Wednesday, June 29, 2005 commencing at 8:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room on the Sixth Floor, 900 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. BC Hydro is directed to file amendments, if any, to the ToR and the 2005 ROR by June 21, 2005. Intervenors are requested to provide written comments on the ToR, as amended, on or before June 27, 2005. Intervenors are requested to provide comments on the characterization of the issues set out in the ToR and to identify other issues that should be addressed in the review of the 2005 ROR. Commission Order No. G-51-05 also identified certain procedural matters for consideration at the Procedural Conference. The Commission Panel makes the following additional comments that may assist participants to prepare for the Procedural Conference. By letter dated April 18, 2005, BC Hydro recommended a process for review of the 2005 ROR. At the Procedural Conference, Intervenors will be asked to comment on the appropriate process for review of the 2005 ROR, including whether or not the process should include an opportunity for Intervenors to make information requests and file Intervenor evidence. At the Procedural Conference, the Commission Panel will also seek comments, from both Intervenors and BC Hydro, on the written comments filed on June 27, 2005 by Intervenors. After the Procedural Conference, the Commission Panel will issue a Regulatory Agenda and the approved ToR. Yours truly, Original signed by: Robert J.
