The British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) filed its Transmission System Capital Plan F2006 to F2015 (“the Application”) pursuant to section 45 (6) and 45(6.1) of the Utilities Commission Act (“the Act”); and B. BCTC in the Application is seeking an order which states that this plan meets the requirements of Sections 45(6) and 45(6.1) of the Act, approves the 2005 Capital Plan under subsection 45(6.2) (a) and pursuant to Section 45(6.2) (b) approves all projects starting in F2006 and F2007 as listed in Section 7 of the Application; and C. The Commission by Order No. G-33-05 set down a written hearing process and regulatory agenda for the review of the Application; and D. The Commission Panel has considered the Application, evidence, and views of intervenors and the Applicant.
