The letter informed the Commission that BC Hydro would be able to provide further comments in advance of the scheduled July 12, 2005 Pre-hearing Conference. By letter dated July 7, 2005, BC Hydro advises the Commission that it has completed a review of the F2006 call for energy and proposes to file its Supplemental F2006 Call Evidence with the Commission today. BC Hydro requests that the July 12, 2005 Pre-hearing Conference be adjourned and proposes a new schedule for information requests and a new Pre-hearing Conference date. The Commission grants the BC Hydro request for an adjournment of the July 12, 2005 Pre-hearing Conference so that the evidence of the F2006 Call is on the record before further process decisions are made. The revised information request schedule is Commission Information Requests to BC Hydro on July 21, 2005, Intervenor Information Requests to BC Hydro on July 26, 2005 and BC Hydro Information Responses to both sets of information requests on August 12, 2005. Given the new information request schedule, the Pre-hearing Conference will be adjourned to Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commission Hearing Room on the Sixth Floor, 900 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C.
