Kelsey, Commissioner March 30, 2006 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. The British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) filed with the Commission a Transmission System Capital Plan Update (the Update”) on January 27, 2006 and an amendment to that Update filing on February 20, 2006 ; and B. The Commission, on March 6, 2006, requested views from intervenors to the Transmission System Capital Plan F2006 to F2015 written public process as to the appropriate process for the review of the Update filing; and C. On March 17, 2006, the Commission received the views of British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority and on March 20, 2006 the Commission received the views of the Joint Industry Electricity Committee. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. A written public hearing process will be established according to the following regulatory timetable. Intervenor Registration will be required by Friday, April 7, 2006 Intervenor and Commission Information Requests to BCTC by Thursday, April 13, 2006 Responses to Information requests by Friday, April 28, 2006 Intervenor arguments to the Commission by Friday, May 5, 2006 Final argument from BCTC by Friday, May 12, 2006.
2 2. BCTC is to provide a copy of this Order to all Intervenors who registered for the System Capital Plan F2006-2015 proceeding.
