These OIC’s will impact ICBC’s Applications and filings dated August 22, 2005 (Exhibit No. B-1) and ICBC has indicated that it will file a revised application (“Revision No. 1”) on Monday October 24, 2005. Revision No. 1 will incorporate changes resulting from events described in Exhibit No. B-4 and the above OIC’s.
