Commission Order No. G-59-06 dated May 24, 2006 (IEP Exhibit A-5) established the regulatory timetable with respect to the filing of evidence by BC Hydro, Information Requests to BC Hydro from the Commission and Intervenors, and BC Hydro’s Response to Information Requests. Commission Order No. G-59-06 also established the date for the Second Procedural Conference. BC Hydro believes that it will be unable to respond to all the Information Requests in accordance with the Regulatory Agenda issued under Order No. G-59-06. It proposes to file as many responses as practicable by July 26, 2006, but requests that the filing date for some of the responses with respect to the F07/F08 RRA be extended to August 3, 2006, and that the filing date for the responses with respect to Evidence on Project Evaluation be extended to August 4, 2006. BC Hydro proposes that the Second Procedural Conference proceed as scheduled on August 1, 2006. The Commission Panel accepts that the Second Procedural Conference should proceed in accordance with Order No. G-59-06 on Tuesday, August 1, 2006. With respect to assigning an Exhibit number for responses that BC Hydro plans to file with the Commission on different days, BC Hydro should follow the protocol established in Letter No. L-26-06 dated June 8, 2006 (IEP Exhibit A-8).
