Hobbs, Chair March 10, 2006 O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On November 30, 2005, Commission Order No. G-126-05 approved for Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) a Negotiated Settlement for its 2006/07 Revenue Requirements and the Revenue Deficiency Deferral Account Balance as at December 31, 2004; and B. On December 15, 2005, the British Columbia Public Interest Advocacy Centre (“BCPIAC”), representing the British Columbia Old Age Pensioners Organization et al. (“BCOAPO”), applied for a Participant Assistance Cost Award (“PACA”) for its participation in the TGVI Application and Negotiated Settlement Process; and C. On January 4, 2006, TGVI reviewed the BCOAPO PACA application for a cost award and advised that it had demonstrated that it had met the criteria for a cost award; and D. The Commission has reviewed the BCPIAC PACA application with regard to the criteria and rates set out in Commission Order No. G-15-04. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 118(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission awards funds to BCOAPO/BCPIAC for its participation in the TGVI 2006/07 Revenue Requirements Application in the amount of $26,921.86. 2.
