British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) filed on March 1, 2006, pursuant to Sections 58 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, an application for approval of tariff terms and conditions related to the provision of Network Service (“the Application”); and B. The Commission Panel held a Procedural Conference on Wednesday, April 19, 2006, to address procedural matters related to the Application; and C. By Commission Order No. G-50-06, the Commission Panel established a Regulatory Timetable that included a Workshop No. 2 on Intervenor Proposals tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 6, 2006, if required; and D. The Commission Panel has reviewed the Intervenor evidence and the letters of comment on the need for, and timing of, a Workshop No. 2 and has concluded that Workshop No. 2 would be most efficient and useful if held in conjunction with Procedural Conference No. 2 currently scheduled for August 23, 2006. NOW THEREFORE the Commission Panel amends the Regulatory Timetable attached to Order No. G-50-06 such that Workshop No. 2 will be held on August 23, 2006 and Procedural Conference No. 2 will be held on August 24, 2006.
