Kelsey, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. Pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act (the “Act”) on May 31, 2006 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”) filed with the Commission an agreement (the “Amending Agreement”) that amends an Electricity Purchase Agreement and which BC Hydro processed during the three month period ending March 31, 2006 (the “Application”). The Amending Agreement is listed in Appendix I to this Order and is more specifically identified in Schedule A (“Schedule A”) of the Application; and B. In the Application, BC Hydro requested that the Commission keep the Amending Agreement and Schedule A confidential; and C. The Commission has considered the Application. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Amending Agreement that is set out in Appendix I to this Order is accepted for filing as an amendment to an Energy Supply Contract, pursuant to Section 71 of the Act. 2. The Commission will keep confidential the Amending Agreement and Schedule A of the Application.
