On September 12, 2006 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BC Hydro”), pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act (the “Act”), filed with the Commission certain agreements (the “Amending Agreements”) that amend Electricity Purchase Agreements and which BC Hydro processed during the three month period ending June 30, 2006 (the “Application”). The Amending Agreements are listed in Appendix A to this Order and are more specifically identified in Schedule A (“Schedule A”) of the Application; and B. In the Application, BC Hydro requested that the Commission keep the Amending Agreements and its attached Schedule A as confidential; and C. The Commission has considered the Application. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for BC Hydro the September 12, 2006 filing of the Amending Agreements that are set out in Appendix A to this Order as amendments to Energy Supply Contracts, pursuant to Section 71 of the Act. …/2
