British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) filed on March 1, 2006, pursuant to sections 58 to 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, an application for approval of tariff terms and conditions related to the provision of Network Service (“the Application”); and B. Following a Procedural Conference on April 19, 2006, established by Commission Order No. G-33-06, the Commission Panel issued Order No. G-50-06 establishing a regulatory timetable; and C. Commission Order No. G-82-06 amended the regulatory timetable including the timing of a second Procedural Conference; and D. Following the second Procedural Conference held on August 24, 2006, the Commission has determined that further amendments to the timetable and certain other directions are required. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission Panel attaches to this Order an amended and expanded Regulatory Timetable for further steps in this proceeding. The timing of written submissions regarding BC Hydro’s August 11, 2006 request (Exhibit C7-10) for a direction compelling a response from the Alberta Coalition to a BC Hydro information request is set out in the attached timetable. 4.
