Kelsey, Commissioner L.A. Zaozirny, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. On June 22, 2006 the Commission, by Letter No. L-36-06, accepted the 2006/07 Terasen Gas (Vancouver Island) Inc. (“TGVI”) Annual Gas Contracting Plan (“ACP”); and B. On October 18, 2006, TGVI filed with the Commission its Baseload, Seasonal and Peaking Gas Purchase Contracts and amendments to Gas Purchase Contracts which outlines the seasonal supply allocation between daily and monthly priced contracts as well as monthly and daily market premiums; and C. The Commission has reviewed the TGVI filing and is satisfied that the gas supply contracts and amendments are consistent with the ACP for 2006/07 and are in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commissions Energy Supply Contract - Rules, the Commission accepts for filing for TGVI Inc. the natural gas supply contracts and amendments identified in Appendix A attached to this Order and approves the following: 1. Seasonal supply allocation between daily and monthly priced contracts, as shown in Appendix A. 2. Monthly and daily market premiums for TGVIs baseload, seasonal and peaking transactions as listed in Appendix A.
