Order No. G-114-05 / Project No. 3698407 Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity Application for NkMip East Osoyoos Transmission and Substation Project This letter is in reply to the submissions of FortisBC Inc. (“FortisBC”) dated October 19 and November 16, 2006. The Commissions June 2, 2006 Decision on the NkMip Transmission and Substation Project and Order No. C-1-06 approved a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) for FortisBCs Option 2 as modified, upon FortisBC complying with the conditions set out in the Decision. The Commission hereby confirms that FortisBC has complied with the conditions set out in the Decision and Order, and a CPCN is granted for the project for Option 2 as modified.
