(“Terasen Gas”) the 2006/07 Midstream Annual Gas Contracting Plan; and B. On April 26, 2007 Terasen Gas filed with the Commission a fully executed copy of the Amendment to the Gas EDI Base Contract and Special Provisions for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas dated February 8, 2007 and Special Provisions of the Gas EDI Base Contract for the Short Term Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas General Terms and Conditions dated December 13, 2004 negotiated between Louis Dreyfus Energy Canada LP and Terasen; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Terasen Gas filing and is satisfied that it is consistent with the Annual Gas Contracting Plan. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Energy Supply Contract Rules, the Commission accepts for filing the executed copy of the Amendment to the GAS EDI Base Contract and Special Provisions for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas dated February 8, 2007 and Special Provisions of the Gas EDI Base Contract for the Short Term Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas General Terms and Conditions dated December 13, 2004 negotiated between Luis Dreyfus Energy Canada LP and Terasen Gas.
