On July 11, 2007 Terasen Gas Inc. (“Terasen Gas”) filed with the Commission five amendments to three existing gas storage and transportation agreements; and B. The Commission has reviewed the Terasen Gas filing and is satisfied that the gas storage and transportation agreements should be accepted for filing. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 71 of the Utilities Commission Act and the Commission’s Energy Supply Contract - Rules, the Commission accepts for filing the five amendments to the three existing gas storage and transportation contracts described as follows: 1. IGI Resources Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. agreement dated March 19, 2007 includes a pricing amendment to pursuant to section 7A (e) of the agreement dated September 15, 2005. 2. IGI Resources Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. agreement dated March 19, 2007 includes a pricing amendment pursuant to section 7A (e) of the agreement dated July 15, 2004. 3. Avista Energy Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. agreement dated February 13, 2007, includes a pricing amendment pursuant to section 7 A (e) of the agreement dated August 31, 2006. …/2

Mist Storage and Huntingdon Exchange agreement between IGI Resources Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. dated June 7, 2007, which is based on an amendment of the agreement dated September 15, 2005 as amended by the July 25, 2006 Amendment Agreement and as amended by the March 19, 2007 Amending Agreement supplementing the agreement dated July 15, 2004 for a one (1) year extension of contract until March 31, 2012. 5. Mist Storage and Huntingdon Exchange agreement between IGI Resources Inc. and Terasen Gas Inc. agreement dated June 7, 2007, which is an amendment of the agreement dated July 15, 2004 as amended by the March 19, 2007 Amending Agreement for a three (3) year extension of contract until March 31, 2012 and increases the rate for the extension period from paying 7.5 days of demand charges to 10 days of Northwest Pipeline Company TF-1 demand charges. The Commission will keep confidential the gas storage and transportation agreements identified in this Order.
