Kelsey, Commissioner P.E. Vivian, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. Under Rate Schedule 21, the British Columbia Transmission Corporation (“BCTC”) provides General Wheeling Service to FortisBC Inc.; and B. Commission Order No. G-22-06 dated March 9, 2006 approved the amendment of Rate Schedule 21, to comply with Order No. C-3-03 and to recognize that the Vaseaux Lake Terminal Station went into service in February 2006; and C. On September 4, 2007, BCTC requested approval of a further amendment to Rate Schedule 21, to clarify the annual adjustment mechanism for the wheeling rates under the Rate Schedule (the “Application”); and D. BCTC proposes that each year it will post the rates calculated pursuant to Rate Schedule 21 on the same web page that the Rate Schedule appears on its website; and E. On September 19, 2007, BCTC responded to a Commission Information Request; and F. The Commission has considered the Application, and has determined that the Application should be approved. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Sections 60 and 61 of the Utilities Commission Act, the Commission approves the amendment of BCTC Rate Schedule 21 as applied for in the Application, effective October 1, 2007.
