Anderson, Commissioner O R D E R WHEREAS: A. Commission Order No. G-68-07 established a Written Public Hearing and Regulatory Timetable for the review of the Terasen Energy Marketing Inc. (“TEM”) application for a Licence to Market Natural Gas; and B. Commission Order No. G-71-07 set out an Amended Regulatory Timetable; and C. In its letter dated July 17, 2007, CEG Energy Options Inc. requested that the filing date for Intervenor Written Final Submissions be extended to July 27, 2007; and D. TEM’s July 18, 2007 letter opposed a change to the current Amended Regulatory Timetable; and E. The Commission has determined that a revision to the Amended Regulatory Timetable established in Order No. G-71-07 is necessary. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders that the current Amended Regulatory Timetable established in Commission Order No. G-71-07, be revised as set out in Appendix A to this Order.
